Our menu changes every day, depending on the vegetables seasonability and on the herbs that we have in our garden. Here is an example of a weekly menu at LFTOVR:
Monday:
Potato and zucchini tortilla.
Mediterranean salad with carrots.
Tuesday:
Pasta with paprika cream.
Beetroot salad with honey mustard vinaigrette.
Wednesday:
Chickpea curry with rice.
Polenta from the oven.
Thursday:
Orzo summer salad.
Fennel with kohlrabi.
Friday:
Sandwich with aubergine and feta.
Tomato soup.
All lunches are served with a side salad and a fresh juice.
Nico and Federico, two Italian chefs, started LFTOVR to join forces against food waste. It’s their mission to give value to products considered ugly, old, dented, and close to being thrown away. They use their creativity and experience to turn the would-be-wasted-ingredients into special recipes and dishes.
